The Association of Hospitality and Tourism Educators and Consultants–Africa (AHTEC-Africa) is a continental professional body comprising educators, researchers, trainers, and consultants in the hospitality and tourism sectors across Africa.
We recognize the urgent need to strengthen academic excellence, industry relevance, research innovation, and professional collaboration within our fields. Guided by the aspirations of the African Union’s Agenda 2063—towards a united, prosperous, and integrated Africa—we are committed to advancing hospitality and tourism education and consultancy as strategic drivers of sustainable development.
